Customer Success Specialist (AI SaaS)
Ensure SME clients successfully adopt and benefit from your AI platforms. Support them from onboarding to usage, helping them stay engaged, resolve issues, and realize the full value of their subscription.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Guide new clients through onboarding (account setup, training, initial model usage).
- Answer client inquiries and provide usage support (via chat, video call, or email).
- Monitor client activity and flag low-engagement users.
- Collect client feedback and share with the product/dev team to improve the platform.
- Proactively suggest best practices and new use cases to clients (e.g., how to fine-tune their model better or use prompt templates).
- Assist in creating support materials: FAQ pages, help articles, or tutorial videos.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support upselling and renewals.
📌 Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in customer support, account management, or onboarding for SaaS or tech products.
- Good understanding of software platforms; ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Friendly and proactive communication style.
- Able to translate technical information into simple guidance.
- Bonus: Experience supporting AI tools or technical platforms.
- Bonus: Familiarity with helpdesk software like Intercom, HubSpot, or Zendesk.
