Business Development Executive (AI Solutions)

Drive B2B client acquisition and promote your AI SaaS offerings by identifying leads, conducting demos, and closing deals — especially for SMEs interested in AI model fine-tuning and industry-specific platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential SME clients across different industries (e.g., retail, agriculture, manufacturer, finance).
  • Conduct outreach via Social platform, Linkedln, email, or networking to generate qualified leads.
  • Create & Pitch AI products/platforms.
  • Customize solution proposals based on client needs.
  • Organize and deliver product demos.
  • Follow up and close deals, assisting in onboarding where needed.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare simple sales reports.
  • Provide client feedback to improve product direction.

📌 Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in B2B sales or software solution selling.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or SaaS platforms (training can be provided).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English and Mandarin preferred).
  • Result-driven with a good sense of initiative.
  • Bonus: Experience selling tech products to SMEs in Malaysia/Southeast Asia.
